Royal Fillet - Vintage Russian

Our Royal Fillet has been produced combining an age-old Royal Russian recipe with the finest quality Scottish salmon. The lightly smoked fillet is smokey on the outside with a delicate centre. Containing no skin or dark meat, it is the 'fillet steak' of smoked salmon and should be carved into medallions prior to serving.
