H. Forman & Son is unlike most factories. It is a giant kitchen where all food is prepared to order before being dispatched by road within the UK or by air to establishments as far afield as the USA and China, Barbados and Mauritius, Dubai and Switzerland. Regular shipments are made to super-yachts to be enjoyed in luxury, at sea.

Beyond smoked and cured fish H. Forman & Son also specialises in supplying the finest fresh wild salmon in season, and fresh farmed salmon all year round, prepared by hand to any specification. The growth of the sushi industry, with its emphasis on the highest quality fish, has been a boon.
